Jon Schauer is from Bismarck North Dakota. Since a young age, his passion has been to understand healing and to clearly communicate steps to follow to obtain lasting change.
Jon has a passion for assisting people with their health and wellness goals. He takes time to learn about each client, their priorities, and their history. He looks for patterns in the body and delivers a customized plan for each client.
He has studied myofascial release and the nervous system extensively to assist individuals with chronic pain relief that stems from neurological holding patterns, scar tissue, and soft tissue challenges.
