All practitioners in our listing have taken one or more courses in the FDM and agree to evaluate a patient based on the Model. With the exception of the Certified Practitioners, inclusion in this directory does not certify competency in the Model. Certified Practitioners have a gold border around their listing and an “AFDMA Certified” badge on their profile.
